 John E. Garber, Jr. is Vice President and Healthcare Risk Manager at The Addis Group, a leading risk management and insurance brokerage firm based in King of Prussia, PA. He has over 20 years in risk management with a specialty in health care risk management, human capital and occupational health & safety. Over the last decade, John has conducted risk management audits and consulted with over 100 different healthcare facilities in four jurisdictions on matters relating to liability exposure control and risk mitigation practices, including such issues as charting and documentation as well as human resources/employment practices. He has authored and co-authored several articles on risk management, safety and occupational health. John is also an adjunct professor at DeSales University and the Graduate Human Resources Development Program at Villanova University.
 Steve McLaughlin focuses on account development and has an expertise in designing client-specific risk management programs in the healthcare sector. Primarily utilizing non-insurance preventive strategies to minimize losses, Steve works closely with the firm's key commercial clients in order to reduce their exposure to risk, which ultimately results in greater control over insurance premiums.
 Keith Boyer focuses on overseeing the Commercial Brokerage Division ensuring that client risk management needs are effectively managed and that quality assurance for the firm's commercial clients is maintained. Keith also oversees the development of insurance programs for healthcare facilities and is instrumental in designing programs that best meet the risk management needs of the firm's clients.
