 Consistent with The Addis Group Risk Management Process, our Healthcare Practice Group provides a comprehensive assessment and consultative process specifically designed for our health care clients. Our process emphasizes quality and performance improvement within a risk management framework.
The following represent five (5) domains that serve as the basis for the Healthcare Practice Group Risk Management Services Approach:
1. Human Capital Management - our firm assists with improving overall quality of workforce planning, reducing turnover, formulating workplace learning and development, improve staff knowledge, skills and abilities (KSA); recruitment, selection, hiring processes as well as improving workplace culture to aid in reducing turnover and its resultant costs (both direct and indirect); and enhancing overall quality of care by reducing turnover, improving workplace learning and quality of staff;
 2. Operational Performance - partnering with client's quality improvement teams and facility leadership to foster efficiencies in the systems; integration of technology to aid in the documentation of services and recordkeeping; regulatory compliance and safety as well as the overall healthcare delivery system;
3. Clinical Risk Management Programs - auditing and providing ongoing analysis and feedback concerning the development and implementation of appropriate programs to reduce risks in the facility; minimize exposure to litigation and improve the overall clinical documentation process;
4. Risk Management and Safety - establishing effective policies, procedures and controls to reduce losses and claims, as well as focus on key regulatory compliance items.
5. Insurance Program Design and Competitiveness - partnering with key carriers that provide comprehensive coverage for the industry; have demonstrated claims management and defense capabilities unique to the industry; and offer competitive rating for key lines of coverage.
